The Metropolitan Condominiums building was acquired by Pinnacle Equities, LLC, a subsidiary of Time Equities. Time Equities, Inc is full service real estate Company with headquarters in New York.
The developer began working on the project in 2004 and has created a fun living community in a style inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. The building has 218 units and several commercial spaces, three parking levels, with two being covered parking.
