Policies and Rules
The Metropolitan Condominium Association is a not-for-profit corporation. The Association is obligated to perform all duties and obligations set forth in the Articles of Incorporation , the Declaration of Condominium, and the Bylaws.
Declaration
The Declaration is a main document that is filed with the State of Missouri. This document spells out how the association is to be governed, restrictions on use and improvements to each unit, authority of the members and the board, assessments for common expenses, and other conditions. Bylaws
The Bylaws are additional laws that spell out in more detail member meetings and voting, board directors and officers, assessments, compliance and enforcement of fines and penalties, and other provisions. To see the entire document click here.
Rules and Regulations
In addition the board can make additional rules and regulations or amend existing Bylaws, rules, and regulations in accordance with article 5.04 (w) of the Declaration.
